How to buy
Miniso in Kazakhstan is 38 stores in 16 cities plus the official Miniso store on Kaspi.kz with delivery across the country: in a store you buy offline, on Kaspi you order online. Prices are in tenge; the product pages on this site state where each product is available.
How do I buy Miniso products in a store?
Miniso retail stores operate in shopping malls in 16 cities of Kazakhstan — as a rule, during the mall's opening hours. Payment is made at the store checkout. Availability of a specific product is best checked at the nearest store: addresses of all stores.
How do I order Miniso products on Kaspi.kz?
Part of the range is sold in the official Miniso store on Kaspi. Ordering, payment and delivery are handled by Kaspi.kz under the marketplace's rules. On the product pages of this site the “Buy on Kaspi” button leads to the product card; products without an active offer on Kaspi are marked as available in stores only.
How do I return or exchange a Miniso product?
Returns and exchanges are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: for purchases made in a store — through the store of purchase, for orders on Kaspi — under Kaspi's return rules.
